Booking

• Client must provide accurate event details; Crystal Wedding & Events isn’t liable for mistakes in the form.

• Any change to date, venue, or time requires at least 7 days’ notice before the event.

• If the event date changes, the original contract is void and a new one must be completed under the same client ID.

Payment

• A 50% advance (booking fee) is required to secure the date; payable by cash, cheque, or other mutually agreed methods.

• Remaining balance is due on the event date. Photography/cinematography fees must be settled by the event date or within two days afterwards, else post-processing is paused.

• Booking fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event.

• Quoted contract amounts are final and non-negotiable.

Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (handwritten note, e-mail, or fax) at least 7 days before the booking date.

• Late or verbal cancellation notices (under 7 days) will not be accepted.

• Events canceled due to weather or natural disasters are exempt; Crystal Wedding & Events bears no liability.

Venue & Logistics

• For locations outside Rangpur City Corporation, clients must provide GPS-verified address and cover transportation fees.

• Delivery of final photos/videos may take up to 21 days (longer during Eid).

• Client grants permission for use of event images in Crystal Wedding & Events’ marketing and contests.

Rates & Extras

• Flower and decoration costs may fluctuate (notably higher during Eid); clients are responsible for covering these changes.

• Stage platforms aren’t included; clients must supply their own or pay extra for rental support.

• No design changes are permitted on the event day; any modifications must be requested at least 3 days prior.

Liability & Records

• All calls and chats between client and Crystal Wedding & Events may be recorded and used as evidence.

• Clients are fully liable for any damage (accidental or intentional) to company property during the event.

• Any unresolved issues can be addressed through a meeting between parties.

Amendments to Terms

• Crystal Wedding & Events reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be officially announced through a post on our social media platforms or website and will take immediate effect.
