At Crystal Wedding & Events, we understand that planning a special occasion comes with a lot of questions. From booking to setup, payments to policies, we’ve answered the most common questions below to help make your experience smooth and stress-free.
We are a full-service event management company based in Rangpur, Bangladesh. We specialize in wedding planning, corporate events, birthday setups, and customized decorations with photography, videography, and catering solutions.

We officially started in January 2025, and we’ve proudly served many happy clients since then.

Fill out the booking form with the correct event details.

Pay 50% advance (booking fee) to lock your date.

Booking is confirmed only after payment and form submission.
We accept cash, bank transfer, mobile payments (bKash/Nagad), or any other mutually agreed method.
No, booking fees are non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
Yes, but you must inform us at least 7 days prior. A new agreement will be required with your existing client ID.
Yes. We handle stage, gate, lighting, seating, floral arrangements, and more — depending on the selected package.
No. Stage platforms are not included. You must provide one or rent it from us for an additional charge.
Yes. You must submit customization requests at least 3 days before the event. No changes are allowed on the event day.
Yes, we provide services outside Rangpur. Clients must provide a GPS-verified address and cover transport/logistics costs.
Yes, we offer professional photography, videography, drone shoots, pre-wedding shoots, and cinematic edits.
We deliver within 21 working days, but this may extend during busy seasons like Eid.
Only with your consent. By default, selected images/videos may be used for promotions. You may opt out in writing before the event.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event.

Verbal cancellations or last-minute (within 7 days) cancellations are not accepted.

For natural disasters or emergencies, we may reschedule if possible.
You are 100% liable for any damage (accidental or intentional) to our equipment or decor items during your event.
Yes, all calls, chats, and communication may be recorded for quality assurance and legal purposes.
Yes. We reserve the right to update our terms at any time, and changes will be published via our social media or website.
We can arrange catering upon request through our trusted vendors or work with your selected caterers.
Absolutely! We provide themed birthday setups, surprises, and customized packages for all age groups.
Yes. We handle conferences, product launches, office inaugurations, and any corporate functions.
Any issues not mentioned in the agreement can be resolved through a discussion or mutual meeting.
